It seems like forever since Perfecto first announced his project “The Rampart Scandal. We brought you the first leak, “Manchester (ft. K-Active & El Prez)“, back in August of last year. However, the time has come and Perfecto sent over the full project last night. Even though we’re a few hours later (it was supposed to drop on the 15th), we’re here to present to you the “Rampart Scandal” mixtape, which is hosted by DJ Nik Bean and DJ Qwesscoast.
The project features the likes El Prez, K-Active, Columbo Black, Ben Kartwright and Mr. Clif but most of the tape is Perfecto, inspired by the corruption of the early 90’s police cover up, entertaining the listenener. Without further ado, download the project below:
