The Bay Area Mixtape King Balance is gearing up to release his new mixtape "Unsigned Legend" on September 2nd and has just sent us an exclusive new joint off the CD to premier on dubcnn.

The track is called "New West" and he reached out to Mr. C.O.B. Crooked I, as well as Black Wall Street rappers X.O. (formerly known as Scipio) and Juice to come join him for some bars. august 25th we got L.gay.X coming out <sweeeeeet + The Bay Area Bully  8) then...
september 2nd we got Unsigned Legend coming out  8)
september 7th we got WESTERN HOSPITALITY 10 which is gonna be FIRE with Ya Boy + Crooked I
